Captain Garth
Founder
Owner and Captain Garth Hudson grew up in Downeast Corea, Maine. After high school, Garth attended Springfield College in Springfield, MA where he earned his BA in Sports Management and Business Administration. Shortly after college he moved to Rockville, MD where he was hired to work with a Spa and Fitness Management company. In January of 1998 he was promoted and relocated to St. Thomas where he managed the Spa, Salon and Fitness Center at Marriott Frenchman’s Reef Resort on St. Thomas, for 19 years, until April 2017.
In 2008, Garth started Over The Line Charters. With a focus on modern boats and exceptional customer service, the business quickly grew into an operation that currently runs over five hundred charters a year.
Garth has his 50-ton U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Masters License and enjoys showing guests the islands from the water. Some of his favorite spots to take guests are:

Garth’s favorite hobbies are SCUBA diving, hiking, exploring all the US and British Islands, following all New England sports teams, and hanging out with great friends. And of course, showing charter clients a great time!
